This website is operated by Alfa's Raw Dog Food, a small business in Florida ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or buying from us, in person or online, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our treats are dog treats. They are meant as rewards and not as a replacement for a complete diet. Choose a size suitable for your dog, always supervise your dog with treats and chews, and provide fresh water. If your dog has health conditions or allergies, check with your veterinarian before trying a new food or treat. Product photos are examples, and natural products vary in size, shape, and color.

Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Availability at partner locations varies. We may limit quantities or decline an order, and we'll refund you if we can't fill an order you've paid for.

Pickup only

We do not ship. Products are sold at Sound Brewery and other partner locations, or picked up there. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns

Food items are final sale unless damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for details.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

Website content

The text, photos, and logos on this site belong to Alfa's Raw Dog Food and may not be copied without permission. We try to keep information accurate, but we may make mistakes and can correct them at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies.
