Refund Policy

Alfa's Raw Dog Food is a small, local Florida business. We package single-ingredient dog treats and sell them at Sound Brewery in Hobe Sound and other partner locations.

Food items are final sale

Because our treats and raw dog food are perishable food products, we can't accept returns or exchanges once an item has left our hands or a partner location. This keeps every bag safe for every dog.

Damaged or defective items

If a bag is damaged, opened, spoiled, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of purchase. Please have your receipt or order number handy and, if you can, a photo of the product and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Orders placed by phone or email

For whole bags, larger quantities, or raw dog food ordered through us, please confirm your order carefully. Special orders can't be cancelled once we've placed them with our supplier.
